How to submit your items.

Please fill in the form on this page to submit your items into our auctions. All required fields are marked with a *

You can submit a maximum of 10 items via this form, if you wish to enter more items then please contact us and one of our team will be pleased to help.

You can upload 1 image per item via this form but we recommend you have more than 1 image per lot. To submit more images just contact us and we will be happy to add them to your lot(s).

Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that all auction entry items are submitted either via this designated form or delivered to our auction site at least seven days before the auction begins. It is important to note that submitting a completed entry form does not guarantee a placement in the relevant auction, and late entries may be rejected without prior notice.

If there is finance on a vehicle/machine, you must notify us at the point of entry submission. We will also require an in-date settlement letter from the finance company.

We reserve the right to reject an entry form at any time.
